Upon activation, KnowledgeOS grants the licensed organization a perpetual-during-term right to install and use the Software on machines under its control, for unlimited internal users.
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with its developer. Your license is usage only.
License keys are organization-specific. Sharing keys with unlicensed third parties terminates this agreement.
100% of data created within KnowledgeOS belongs to you. This includes documents, notes, chats, and usage history. The developer has no access to or claim over it.
Licensed organizations receive email support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting during the license term.
The license may terminate on expiry or key misuse. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software. Your data on your machine remains yours — we cannot and will not delete it.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
